Technology Center Thermoplastic Composites (TTC)

Thermoplastic fiber composites enable cost-efficient semi-finished products, simple shaping options, weldability and material recycling. This enables a wide range of innovations, e.g. in transportation, medical technology as well as energy technology.

The Technology Center Thermoplastic Composites is a development catalyst for regional and supraregional medium-sized companies and large enterprises along the entire process chain. Particularly high-quality and advanced plant technology has been installed at IVW for this purpose, which is used to work together with research partners on the applications of tomorrow and the foundations for innovations of the future.
