Long-term behavior of thermoplastic composites

The expertise in thermoplastic composites at IVW is being further expanded. Dr.-Ing. Sebastian Schmeer receives funding from the DFG for the project "Development of a methodology for efficient, mechanical material characterization and modelling of continuous fibre-reinforced thermoplastics under long-term loading" over a period of 30 months.
