ZEUS – Zero Emission aircraft with sustainable fuselage concept and technology

Under the leadership of Airbus Operations GmbH and other partners from the aerospace industry,  IVW has been working since November 2022 on the development of integral construction methods, simulation methods and manufacturing processes for thermoplastic fuselage components of the future. The work is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection based on a resolution of the German Bundestag.
