IVW Success at the Young Researcher Symposium 2024: 3rd Place for Maximilian Eckrich

Congratulations to Maximilian Eckrich, a PhD student at IVW, who was awarded 3rd place for Best Poster at the Young Researcher Symposium 2024 (YRS) held at Rheinland-Pfälzische Technische Universität Kaiserslautern-Landau (RPTU).

Maximilian was joined in representing IVW by Valentine Domengie, who presented her work on sustainable, natural fiber-reinforced polymer composites, Dr.-Ing. Andreas Klingler, as part of the scientific committee of the YRS, and by Mohamadreza Nasirzade Tabrizi.

The YRS is a biennial event organized by the TU-Nachwuchsring and the High Performance Center Simulation and Software Based Innovation. It offers a platform for young researchers from various scientific fields to share their work in an engaging and accessible manner. This year’s symposium included 15 talks and 25 poster presentations, with awards given to the most outstanding contributions.
