IVW at the “in-adhesives Symposium 2025”

On February 11–12, 2025, IVW researcher Claudius Pirro presented his latest findings at the “in-adhesives Symposium” in Munich. His talk, “Block-Copolymer Phases in Epoxy – Formation, Structure, and Properties”, focused on innovative approaches to increasing the toughness of epoxies using block-copolymers.

Epoxies play a key role in various high-performance applications, from adhesives to composites. Optimizing their mechanical properties is crucial for enhancing durability and reliability. By leveraging block-copolymers, new possibilities for improving fracture toughness and structural performance are emerging.
