We are celebrating Heidrun Plocharzik's 25-year service anniversary. For a quarter of a century, Heidi has been an indispensable pillar of the IVW team, significantly contributing to our success through her expertise and dedication in the field of material development.

As an experienced chemical laboratory technician, Heidi ensures that our extensive laboratory and equipment fleet runs smoothly and that the research and development of liquid compounds can be successfully advanced. With her passion for science and her vast experience, she always shares her knowledge with our new scientific staff with joy and actively supports them in their projects.

But Heidi's commitment goes far beyond her professional duties. With great personal dedication, she volunteers as an evacuation, first aid, and fire safety officer at IVW, ensuring that safety and teamwork are always maintained. She is also always ready to help in the lab storage area and with waste disposal whenever needed.

Heidi is a role model for the team spirit we embody at IVW. She reminds us daily that great things can only be achieved through the collaboration of all—every cog in the gear contributes its part.
