IVW has been granted the "TOTAL E-QUALITY" award for equal opportunity. The German association annually awards this recognition for exemplary equal opportunity-oriented personnel management. It certifies a successful and sustainable commitment to equal opportunity for women and men on the job. One focus is on the promotion of women in management positions.
