IVW again receives "TOTAL E-QUALITY" award for equal opportunities 2023-2025

The IVW has been awarded the "TOTAL E-QUALITY" rating for equal opportunities for the second time. The German association annually awards this title for exemplary action in the sense of equal opportunity-oriented personnel management. It certifies a successful and sustainable commitment to equal opportunities for women and men at work. A core aspect of this is the promotion of women in management positions. In addition to the reconciliation of work and family life, it also includes equal-opportunity recruitment and development, the promotion of partnership-based behavior in the workplace, and the inclusion of equal opportunities in the company's corporate principles.
